Good pay & benefits (much better than when I worked for one of the majors), and they have been great about encouraging professional growth. Tony Best is amazing, he knows every employees name when he walks through the office, even though he's only here a couple of times a year. If you mention your spouse or kids once he will remember their names the next time he sees you.
