Pros

Family owned and operated so it doesn't' have a big company mindset. Individuals are respected and listened to. Everyone here is essential. Employees are treated more than fairly. I've seen the CEO pay people out of his own pocket when payroll mistakes have inadvertently been made.

Cons

There really aren't any cons that I know of so far. I suppose that a downside would be that because it is a small office, everyone is essential. It's not like some places where you can call in sick and know that there are plenty of other people to fill in for you. Luckily, people here have a strong work ethic so it's not an issue!

Pros

Extremely friendly people, comprehensive training and knowledge base and you can create your own hours

Cons

$25 per job, better hope you can get the job done is less then 2 hours or you really start to see your compensation suffer
