Pros
Friendly and helpful management. Great place to get your start somewhere and move around.
Cons
Roles can be a bit loosely defined. Overall IT is slow at getting things done and a pain to work with. It took them 7 months to get a new computer for someone who literally couldn't do part of their job. I had to go through management to get things I wanted done due to unwillingness to try new things.
