While researching and benchmarking paid leave, majority of companies use PTO to allow employees a more flexible use of paid leave. We understand employees have various personal needs for time off and PTO allows the best accommodation for all employees overall. In addition to PTO, we also offer paid leave such as bereavement, military leave, jury duty, and more.
