      -Hired on in a junior role but no separation of duties from sys admins or other net admins and still got junior pay for doing mid level work. - Pay for location wasn't great

      We appreciate you taking the time to review SMS and are glad to hear you received some great hands-on training while at SMS. Working alongside our sys admins and network admins allow for greater training resulting in promotion from within when positions become vacant.
