SMS strives to ensure we offer competitive benefits and compensation and are proud at the fact that we have not changed benefits or increase employee benefit deduction over the past three years. We are located in several high-density populated areas, however as a federal contractor, we have to position our locations on the best areas to support both our employees and our customers.
