2yWe're glad you appreciate the SMS benefits and CEO communications but are disappointed to hear you feel our compensation does not meet your expectations. SMS completes an extensive survey on raise percentages based on cola, compensation surveys and studies, contract rates and more. If an employee feels their compensation is not fair, we recommend they speak with their SMS manager for further discussion. We provide fair compensation changes every year and do our best to promote from within when an employee meets the qualifications and experience for the new role. Finally, we have a robust recruiting team that work hard to backfill all open positions as quickly as possible, and use outside resources as well. Any employee is always welcome to reach out to the SMS HR team as well for any concerns. Thanks for your advice.
