1yI agree - SMS does have a great culture of caring for employees and providing the tools necessary for teams to succeed. We do promote from within whenever possible, as our first step to filling an open position and many of our larger programs have great advancement opportunities. We've also helped employees move to other positions, when they need to relocate, or personal requirements change resulting in the need for a new SMS role. We'll never be able to meet the goals and needs for all our employees, but we will certain do whatever we can to help encourage advancement and retention within SMS. Thanks for the 5 stars and 6 years of commitment to SMS!
