Pros

I have been with SMS long enough to know that this company takes what they do seriously. In my time here I have worked with all sorts of different types of companies and each one taught me something new. The ability to work with real small business owners who have real problems and the job is to actually solve them not just hand over a binder and walk out the door. If you are someone who likes a challenge and wants to do work that has a real impact on people's lives this is a good place to be.

Cons

Sometimes its frustrating if a client does not totally buy into the process and having to manage client expectations when they are not all in can burn you out

Pros

The best part about working here so far as been growing my network I have made some lifelong connections, sand picked up one great mentor. Roles are well defined and know exactly what is expected of you and have the tools necessary to deliver on it. The exposure to different industries and types of clients and the focus on continuing education is welcomed.

Cons

Was a little overwhelming when I first signed on but I had a lack of constuling experience.

Pros

1. If you can succeed at the job, there is a lot of money to be made 2. Great testimonial videos showing solid proof of success for companies working with SMS 3. Very kind and supportive staff

Cons

1. They lied about the job description in the recruiting process (said you don't need to self-generate your own leads/sales, but it is pretty much impossible to succeed without doing so.) 2. 100% commission based, so no safety net salary to ramp up. 3. Witnessed managers acting abusive and (put bluntly) unacceptably offensive to staff in office. 4. Terrible lead generation process, most leads seem to be either unwilling to meet, insisting that they never agreed to meet, or upset by the tactics used to schedule meetings. 5. Awful online presence (the more you look, the worse it gets.)
