Managers, supervisors were kind, appreciative of employees hard work and loyalty. Very strong communication skills of Supervisors, respectful of company demands and employee concerns. We worked as a team, which was strongly encouraged and led to employees being supported and supportive. However, individuals were also praised for their skills and efforts. Actually pretty amazing since workers were from so many backgrounds, ages, and ethnicity. The richness of our diversity and our ability to welcome human kindness made the work experience something to look forward to.
