Pros
Very flexible hours, most professors are very open to working around your schedule, you get a fair amount of students that want to learn the material. Also, great opportunity to brush up on skills you may have lost since your intro-level courses.
Cons
As with all universities, there are those students who don't try to learn and expect you to give them all the answers. Some miscommunications with professors aren't unheard of.
