Great pay, poor company culture and bad management - Anonymous employee SMX Employee Review

Little to no career advancement, management does not care for it's employees, medical benefits are abysmal, leadership is a joke. They don't care about people, only that bodies fill positions, very high turnover. Management is mostly unaware of what employees do. Only time you talk to leadership is if there is a complaint. Going above and beyond is not appreciated , it is rather expected. Don't expect acknowledgement of any accomplishments with this company.
