Competitive salary compensation, leadership, great benefits, excellent headquarters staff, great synergy among team member to maintain or exceed SLA metrics.
Cons
Smartronix lost a highly contested contract to an incumbent. Never received any definitive reason why the contract was not re-awarded. This is most likely the nature of federal and defense contracting in the DC Metropolitan area. It would have been the perfect company if I would have been reassigned somewhere in the company.
