It use to be like a family. Very focused on career development and success of their teams. There are no pros.
Cons
They were taken over by a capitalist group. They are only focused on ROI. Their culture is money driven and they no longer care about employees. Turnover has increased. They are overworking people and treating them poorly. Low pay. High cost benefits. 2 weeks PTO.
