Pros
Family oriented with a true focus on a work/life balance. Every company says they care about their employees, but how many will call one when they have an illness in the family just to check on them and see if they need anything. Smartronix seems to have figured out that it's difficult to perform at a high level if you are not able to balance life at work and with life at home.
Cons
Every company has things they can improve upon. There are none that come to mind that would remotely impact how I would rate Smartronix.
