Good salary - decent benefits - individuals allowed to come up with their own solutions
Cons
No room for growth, lack of appreciation - while they state that employees are their greatest asset, we are all just another number - there is no long term career satisfaction - once you are good at something, you stay doing that - if you like challenges, ignore this place -it's their way or the highway
