Long Term administrative assignments with no end dates with decent companies, worked at the same sight for two different departments for almost three years,
Cons
The former recruiters valued its dedicated employees that had been with the company for years, former recruiters left the company and were replaced by younger recruiters who had a different focus for the organization and who did not value the hard work and dedication that former temps had invested in the company as a result the old temps were pushed out of the company for the new temps that they hand picked.
