Pros

My direct team is filled with good people to be around that have made this awful experience a little bit better. Aside from that, I have a hard time even accepting the fact that the minimum I can give is one star.

Cons

Things were going pretty well until GEE came in and fired 75% of my office and then told us we were destined for the same fate if we did not double our production with 25% of the existing fire power. Higher ups at SNI are puppets for the GEE group cronies who do not care about any of the current SNI Employees unless you are making them money. GEE will not invest, they will not give additional resources, and they certainly do not give the slightest care in the world about an individual unless they are producing large sums. Next, the comp offered is among the lowest in the industry and to put the cherry on top, the commission structure is abysmal compared to competitors. PTO is slightly below average and benefits are non existent unless you have, somehow, lasted here longer than a year. There are no perks that makes this a good company to work for. You make hundreds of phone calls then get a paycheck and repeat. Nothing in between. Lastly, the resources that SNI offers it's recruiters are awful. No Linkedin premium, limited job posting availability, and a very outdated CRM that is extremely flawed. Competition will shut this company down within the next year or two.

SNI Companies Response

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the changes that have transpired since GEE Group acquired SNI Companies. The process of an acquisition requires evaluating production and performance for all teams affected. It also involves quite a bit of change which is not comfortable for all people. Based upon your review, you might want to consider that SNI is no longer a good fit for you. If you would like to discuss your comments directly, please feel free to reach out to our Human Resources Director, Monique Tuzo Furman, either by email or phone: mtuzofurman@snicompanies.com or 727-342-6165
