Pros
If you are new to staffing, this is an OK company to gain experience and then move in a year or so to a better company.
Cons
This company has been in a serious nose dive for the last 2 years. Too much turnover in upper management, too much turnover in general staff (over 80 people in 18 months in 5 offices and that is not acceptable turnover no matter how much other reviewers on this site say - SNI does not have "normal" turnover in the staffing world, they have VERY HIGH TURNOVER), the owner and the board of directors have no business plan or vision, it is just an unstable and a chaotic environment. I have been in staffing for almost 15 years and this is the most unorganized company I have ever worked for. Their overall rating is MUCH LOWER than is stated on this site. If you read the reviews, 5 "employees" rated SNI with 5 stars all on 9/19 - SNI must think people are not that smart and will not realize that they are trying to pad the ratings.
