There are some people in upper management that haven't sold in years and if asked couldn't name more than 10 clients that they represent. They are trying to make SNI a mini RHI, but without any of the RHI training. There are also division managers that cannot close deals and that have no business being in management. They also promote inexperienced people and place blame on others and not themselves.
