Pros? there's too many, Pros at SNI defiantly weigh out all the Cons. How? SNI does not sweat the small stuff, that being said "do you have the DRIVE that it takes to make the calls, to overcome objectives from candidates and still NEVER give up, no matter what?" If yes, then join SNI Companies and fill your pockets while "Putting Americans back to Work"! SNI Companies offers more personal days off than any other company, that I have ever worked for, actually more than 2 weeks of paid time off. They also make sure that you have a healthy Life/Work Balance, no weekends and you get home before dark every night. Did I mention the hour lunch that can be taken at any time of the day. Sounds basic, however this is what Every employee is looking for (amount of PTO offered, hours required to work, & what about lunch?). There's many more, remember I said SNI does not sweat the small stuff, this company is simply about "Putting Skilled Americans back to Work".
