Pros
I really enjoyed the team with whom I worked, but not really relevant since no one is there anymore. I never saw anyone have to stay late so work life balance was decent.
Cons
I was there for over 2 years, at which time I was the most tenured employee when I left because of the high turnover they see. Although high turnover is pretty standard for the agency world, this was pretty constant. Additionally, people are promoted with very little experience and then expected to hire and train their employees while still producing. Lots of gray areas on ethical issues too.
