Pros
Having spent time in many offices across multiple states, it seemed that ultimately it came down to the people you worked with at your particular branch. Fortunately, when I started, I had a great team that was patient with me and taught me the fundamentals of staffing. Their patience and willingness to me teach me the way were critical to my success. Ask the manager you'll report to a lot of questions about their approach to management, how leads are distributed, and what specific metrics you'll be expected to hit.
Cons
Lack of continuity in formal training. Sink or swim mentality. If you are a figure it out yourself type of person, you'll do fine. If you need a lot of rearing, and step-by-step training, it may not be the fit for you.
