Personally, I have always preferred contracting versus full-time-- for the change of scenery. And Accounting Now / SNI has always been good to me. Easily my favorite employment agency, and I have seriously tried at least a dozen. They always went out of their way to make me feel like I mattered with the company. Whether it be checking on me to see if things were going well during an assignment, or setting me up with another position as soon as the last ended. Plus-- the pay has always been comparable to my skill. Which is very much appreciated! When it comes to recommending an agency to a friend, I don't even hesitate-- Accounting Now / SNI all the way! Not to mention the incredible staff-- most notably Deana & Amanda. Love those ladies! Anyway, I can go on and on. If you are on the hunt for a great employment agency-- look no further. Cons
Only thing that comes to mind is the lack of holiday pay and a referral bonus. And they are willing to work something out with you-- if they treasure your work ethic. Even without the bonus, I still recommend friends to SNI. They have been THAT good to me.
