Pros

Lackadaisical office. Do you like wearing sweats to work? This place is for you. Long lunches? Who cares! Show up to work an hour late? Hey, no worries.

Cons

Lack of effective management. You're recruiting people to jobs, but there's very little care put into handling people's lives. You work as a team, which means you're dependent on your team actually being productive so you can also be productive, which they aren't so you won't be. You'd think if you talked to your manager, their manager, and HR about that, something would change; but you'd be wrong. Oh, I was also"let go" the day I turned in my notice of resignation. If that doesn't embody the office's toxicity, I don't know what does.
