a disappointing experience - Anonymous employee SNI Companies Employee Review

I didn't work for the company for as long as I hoped. When I interviewed with the manager I was excited for the job but after I started it was hard to focus because the NE regional mgmnt was a huge distraction and we were discouraged from using our own style in the job. The environment was loud and unprofessional and any constructive criticism to upper mgmnt was taken in a defensive way. I've never seen anything like it in a work place. I can tell that everyone on my team even my managr was frustrated as well.
