Pros
I honestly cannot think of any. Not even twenty. Had a few fin colleagues I guess.
Cons
Pay and benefits are not even at the lowest level in the industry--a joke. But they mislead you when they recruit you in by exaggerating and outright lying as to how they're base and commission structure works and how long it takes to get to their "you can think of it almost as guaranteed after a few months" overpromise. To get senior professionals to leave six figure careers to take a 50-80% (turns out is largely permanent) pay cut. You cannot, in good faith and with integrity, develop business and sell for this company. Truly have never seen such unethical practices at the fundamental level and such blatant self serving greedy financial practices at the "senior" leadership level. It is obvious to all they simply want to use the "seats" (don't care who is in them or how long) to close temp staffing or poorly prepared and deceitful perm recruiting deals with the constant fear of being fired or at least humiliated and yelled at as incentives to "just get it done. Training? Not the kind you'd expect. They "train" you how to be misleading, and outright direct unethically--lie--lie to candidates and to clients--"here is how to force the client to close the deal right now and not wait--don't let them off the phone. Say ____" verbatim. Very shady and very uncomfortable . Saw discrimination and illegal hiring and EE management practices abound--they are certainly at risk with their renegade Ill prepared and incompetent "leadership team" running around forcing whatever with fear incentives to hit quarterly bonus targets and line their pockets (the ones earning it don't get it, or at least not consistently and a fraction of what the the division and regional "directors" do--they "placate and tease" to keep you going but fire people and chastise them on a whim. The worst. Mind boggling how poorly run this company is from the top right down. Disgusting and gross really are the words. Felt dupped right from the get go--finally resigned on my own--without a job! First time ever doing that--purely because I don't want to be affiliated with an org. Like SNI. I'd rather explain that than continue working there. Shameful. RUN DONT WALK!
