Pros
The executive team is extremely driven and conscientious. They bring to bear a fantastic array of tools, substantive training, and a clear "open door" policy for all team members. If there's a motto, it's "Hire Great People and Get Out of Their Way". No wonder the company is growing so quickly. A very fun place to work with great people.
Cons
SNI has become a true national firm, and this brings with it some occasional growing pains. The good news is that the management team addresses these growth related issues head-on and in prompt fashion as they arise.
