Great work environment and sense of family within the bullpen. Always an opportunity to learn something new, to grow and to meet people
Cons
This is not really a downside, but to succeed at SNI Companies you must have raw talent, be willing to work hard, and the ability and willingness to grow and constantly improve. If you have the right attitude though, you don't see that as a downside. You see it as a normal day in working for the best in class!
