Negative Enviornment - Contracts Manager SOFTHQ Employee Review

1. Negative environment. 2. salary deduction 20% 3. Micro management 4. No space for personal life 5. No Scope no growth 6. I have worked for 2 year and havent received single appraisal. 7. no direct client 8. Too much work pressure 9. Have to be on Zoom with video on 10. Not to allowed to take break more than 10 min. 11. Strict at login time.. but not allowed to logout before permission... makes 1 hr late logout always..
