Incredible Work Environment - Anonymous employee SOLV Energy Employee Review

I'm a new employee and felt a need to share my experience so far at SOLV. We all understandably have different standards, but I came from a smaller company seeking more structure, openness, and growth, and SOLV has greatly exceeded my expectations. I work hybrid at the San Diego location and have never experienced a better environment than this. I've felt so welcomed by every team member I've met, and no one seems to let their status affect the way they interact with the rest of the team. You can feel a shared passion within this company that is not easy to find. Plus, the daily catered lunches and other perks are nearly impossible to beat. I didn't know what to expect when initially joining this team, but I am so glad that I did! This company is truly one of a kind and I'm excited to see where it goes from here.
