Great benefits. Great place to gain experience. They travel employees, so you can see the country. They pay for memberships to organizations. Networking is fantastic.

Cons

Management in Ohio is poor. They don't care what your opinion is they have a direction figured out and that is what you need to do

Regular paycheck arriving when expected and some good people at the bottom.

Cons

Unfortunately too many to list but they do “enhance” numbers and stories with unethical reporting and promises to customers,distributors, and employees. They like to “mix and match” info to hit needed numbers are constantly fighting with distributors when they are caught(regularly occurring).
