Excellint privately held family company. The starting pay for outside intry level sales is second to nun.. Training support is amazing and there is almost 0 turnover once you hired on. Growth and acquizitions make this company a winner.

Regular paycheck arriving when expected and some good people at the bottom.

Cons

Unfortunately too many to list but they do “enhance” numbers and stories with unethical reporting and promises to customers,distributors, and employees. They like to “mix and match” info to hit needed numbers are constantly fighting with distributors when they are caught(regularly occurring).
