Great People Management Development Growth company with lot's of freedom to take initiative and develop Senior and Stable leadership team with an eye for the creating and keeping it a good place to work

Cons

Although part of a multi-billion group, the holding structure results in a mid-sized company in UK thus unless by internal and external growth, not a huge amount of horizontal and vertical career moves available

Regular paycheck arriving when expected and some good people at the bottom.

Cons

Unfortunately too many to list but they do “enhance” numbers and stories with unethical reporting and promises to customers,distributors, and employees. They like to “mix and match” info to hit needed numbers are constantly fighting with distributors when they are caught(regularly occurring).
