family company good benefits pay could be more but where couldn't it be. Hard work does pay off but so does who you know.

Cons

can not really think of many cons for dirty factory work not playing in the schoolyard. Room for growth as far as your department I don't know how much of that applies to moving to other departments

Regular paycheck arriving when expected and some good people at the bottom.

Cons

Unfortunately too many to list but they do “enhance” numbers and stories with unethical reporting and promises to customers,distributors, and employees. They like to “mix and match” info to hit needed numbers are constantly fighting with distributors when they are caught(regularly occurring).
