Poor communication, lead by the US CEO with a huge EGO and his installing fear in everyone who comes in the door. He will tell you one thing to your face and then do another behind your back.

Regular paycheck arriving when expected and some good people at the bottom.

Cons

Unfortunately too many to list but they do “enhance” numbers and stories with unethical reporting and promises to customers,distributors, and employees. They like to “mix and match” info to hit needed numbers are constantly fighting with distributors when they are caught(regularly occurring).
