Great Company - Toxic Work Environment - Anonymous employee SOPREMA Canada Employee Review

Toxic work atmosphere. Office politics feel like high school. Never worked anywhere with as high of a turnover rate than SOPREMA. When you see so many people getting let go around you, you are always on guard. Rub management the wrong way even in the slightest...you are on the chopping block. They expect you to manage the work of 3 people and reprimand you when you don't succeed. The CEO says he cares but puts people through the ringer and then gives BS reasons for letting them go. There is no strategic planning ahead. Constantly fire fighting and working through the "now". I do not recommend working here.
