Pros
Great concept , but poorly executed. Great pay! They are one of the few companies that pay bi-weekly. It was a very great opportunity for me. I believe that is a good company to work for.
Cons
Management still behaves as if they were still in the military, Most of them have little to no people skills. Poorly staffed, at least it was in my department.
