Great staff and middle management. Most of these people are working above and beyond company expectations. They are consummate professionals who legitimately know the Federal contracting business.
Cons
The owners and some of upper management are a stark reminder of why this company is barely staying afloat. The founder of SOSi was a trailblazer, an example for women everywhere who believe anything is possible and dreams do come true in America. Her son is another story. He has just about destroyed this company's favorable domestic and global reputation. Micro managing every aspect of the business. Insulting clients, government officials and the people who work for the greater good of SOSi. The shear number of talented, intelligent people who have left or were unjustly terminated is a testament to the short sighted, selfish, arrogant mentality of the CEO.
