      Great co-workers and management made it easy to adjust to the position. Flexible scheduling made for great work-life balance.

      Cons

      The organization and communication was a little shaky at times. Given the weather conditions and nature of the work, it can sometimes be a health risk standing outside for 6 straight hours.
