Pros
Decent pay ( but if you are a woman you will never make as much as the men - even if you do twice as much work).
Cons
The owner, Agie Sundaram, often brags about how he has never read a book. Any document, presentation or written work that comes from him has been researched and written by his staff. He does not read and he rarely writes. Titles are made and given willy-nilly. Basically SPAN and SecondBrick Technologies are just glorified call centers for average app-products. The job you think you're getting and what you will actually be doing are rarely the same thing. They put on a good show for the public so it will take you a few weeks to start noticing all the messed up things happening around this place. For example... Owner often refers to his employees as 'commoners' and will make comments about how he is above such things. No set timelines, goals, objectives or clear expectations and when they do they often change within days, weeks or along with the cloud cover. Owner Agie Sundaram and his closet upper management love to create tattletales and spies within a company because he does not trust his employees. Agie Sundaram is dishonest and deceitful. They do not value or respect team members' time, space, efforts, feelings, ideas or work. Extreme use of inappropriate disciplinary tactics (and often apply them with favoritism). It is common they harass and bully their staff. Pitting emloyees against each other, spying on their staff's personal social media and gossiping or inappropriately joking about staff's personal lives. CONSTANTLY taking credit for other people's ideas and advertise them as their own. They don't accept constructive criticism or ideas for improvement. Probably the worst offense, in my opinion, they don't trust their employees and rarely, if ever, empower their employees.
