Pros

The work environment is casual dress, with some fun company games and meals. Most of the employees are pretty friendly and work hard.

Cons

Very paranoid work environment; cameras everywhere. Bosses are extreme micro-managers. Owner has roller-coaster attitude. Some days will be in a great mood and a lot of fun, other days he will yell at employees in front of the whole company, throwing people under the bus by name. Will yell at you if you read a book during your lunch break rather than getting back to work. Revolving door of employees.

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. The team is supportive, management is approachable, and there are great opportunities to learn and grow professionally. The environment is rewarding, and I’ve really appreciated the chance to build relationships with clients while developing new skills. Overall, it’s a collaborative workplace with a strong culture and people who genuinely care about helping each other succeed. Great management.

Honestly, I have nothing bad to say. I truly love this job and the people I work with. The team is supportive, management is great, and I’ve always felt valued and appreciated here. It’s been a positive and rewarding experience, and I’m very grateful for the relationships and opportunities I’ve had
