      Major outbound focus with a lack of technology to help reps efficiently prospect. Reps are in charge of managing current customers, but not compensated properly for maintaining those relationships.

      Great product, good people, and have a huge market share and reputation as biggest player in market.

      Cons

      Massive changes coming with new leadership and activist investors have them hemorrhaging talent. Benefits are also fairly antiquated.
