I'll focus on the pros before the change: - Strong team cohesion - Excellent cross-team collaboration - Fantastic learning opportunities - Pay for performance - Amazing learning opportunities - Support from senior leadership - Great opportunities for growth - Transparent communication from leadership - Respected company you could be proud to have on your resume
Cons
All the cons from my experience come after the leadership changes: - Lack of support from senior leadership - In-fighting and a lack of collaboration both within and across teams - Employees are in survival mode, growth opportunities are now limited - Pay for performance replaced with a system based on favoritism from new leadership - New team members are selected based on leadership relationships, not talent - Transparency is gone - Stock price went from $208 at the peak to $62 at the time of this review. For those of who held stock, this is a big loss.
