Pros
Unless you like bottom of quartile pay, there really isn’t any benefits. The companies stock has plummeted, they are not growing, and everyone has worked here for 15+ years at a certain point change is needed to continue to grow the company.
Cons
HR team needs to be completely restructured with competent people who know how to run a business. Lack of accountability, lack of team work, and pointing figures lack of ownership and urgency and it’s just a bunch of people acting and putting on a show. It’s time to run a real business.
