Sad to see the negative shift - Senior Business Analyst SPS Commerce Employee Review

Leadership has changed for the worse, it's sad to see the negative shift to standardizing on how our greatest asset / the people of SPS, are not respected, or treated like people anymore. Compensation project was poorly executed and communicated, training hasn't improved though it was told that it was going to be a big push a few years ago and haven't heard a word about it. Company wide communication is severely lacking.
