Pros
Jesse Halloran is the BEST manager. I always reflect on my experience and he made me love my role. He focused on the team and rewarded equally. Jesse you rock! Culture: They really put money into their employees and it is great they have team outings/ happy hours on a regular basis. I do miss that. I have made some of my closest friends from this company. The don't look at your college degree- they focus on your personality and if you are willing to work out and hunt. I learned A TON from this company. I learned how to be a professional, how to be scrappy and what is takes to work hard. If you want to do well- you could be working extra hours.
Cons
Management: As a whole I do not understand how they decide who is management. When I first started this job, one of the training managers just sat in his cube and focused on his other business. They were the laziest and most unreliable person to work with. Towards the end of my career there, I had a manager that would sit and talk negatively about her team and would see if you would agree or disagree with her. If you agreed, she would like you and you would be in her circle. If you disagreed you were put on her "hate" list. On the sales floor, out of 8 managers, 2 of them were great but the rest were clique and not fun to work for. Pay/benefits: Here are the words that sum it up: SUCK! As an AE I got paid 55K IF I hit my numbers and it was impossible to do this because the territories are skewed. base is 42K. If you are JUST getting out of college this will be an amazing experience to learn a lot of get your foot in the door. IF you have experience... DON'T WORK HERE. Culture: Fun people you do team outings once a month- a lot of drama and a lot of new college grads. Turn over is SUPER high. When I started in June, I started in 20 people- They all left within the year. Everyone I used to work with no longer work there. End of the month: They want EVERYONE to stay in the office until the last deal is sold. You may be staying until 7pm.. They do feed you though.
