Pros

- If you're young and fresh out of college it'll be easy to get a job here - The company really does care about their employee's health, safety and well being - Good company culture - Easy to network within the company - Flexibility with lateral movement to a different position internally - Good benefits - Employee Stock Purchase Program - Great leaders at the head of each department that have good intentions - Progressive, inclusive and diverse company - Autonomy in the position, no micromanagement

Cons

- They do their best to recruit people straight out of college because they won't know what a good salary will be yet - Entry level positions are filled with younger people so if you're 25+ get ready to be treated like you're a child - Turnover is high due to low salary, high workload and understaffing. They want to be "Quick and Agile" which equates to putting as much work as they can on employees and paying them minimally without breaking them. - They say they don't want you to take overtime, but if you care about doing work well and the customers your work with, it's inevitable. - You have a "Salary" but you have to submit hours every week... - If you're a person who works hard and doesn't feel the need to let everyone know, then you won't get far. - Training feels strong at first, but then becomes irrelevant when you start actually doing the job. There should be recurring trainings to help cement the teachings.
