Pros
Fantastic Sales training that will translate anywhere you go, management listens to your needs and offers all that they can to get you to meet your goals and push to the next level. Income is great for 3-5 years of total sales experience when you hit your numbers. If you're doing well you can essentially set your own hours as long as you get the job done and demonstrate that you are a team player continuing to guide younger reps. Can earn anywhere from 70-100k+ as an AE and Sr. AE. Fun young group of people.
Cons
Not all managers abide by rules of engagement internally which can lead others reps to feel they are at a disadvantage. Implementation and Support teams are not large enough to handle the volume of business that is inbound. There is absolutely favoritism that occurs both within the managerial tracks, as well as the senior, and strategic AE roles. Management should be more liberal with not needing to "sit at the desk until they say so" at the end of the month and quarter, namely when there is a holiday week.
