Pros
Good Work, Life Balance, some training, a few internships, fairly diverse IT industry options. Salaries are fair, but raises and promotions for business development efforts are nonexistent unless you bring in $100M new contract.
Cons
Management glosses over the truth, which has the impact of coming across as lying most of the time. Focus has gone from being a company that focuses on execution to a company that does proposals. Small group of people at headquarters do all of this, and they ignore everything else that is happening.
